Henry "Hank" Pym, known as Ant-Man, is a brilliant scientist within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is a physicist, biochemist, and cyberneticist who discovered "Pym Particles," enabling him to alter his size.

Pym's portrayal in the MCU initially shows him as a seasoned, retired hero who develops the Ant-Man suit and technology. He recruits Scott Lang, to take on the Ant-Man mantle. He guides Lang in using the suit and its capabilities.

Hank Pym first appears in the MCU in the film *Ant-Man* (2015), portrayed by actor Michael Douglas.
