Thanos, as portrayed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), is a powerful Titan and a primary antagonist in the Infinity Saga.
He is brought to life via motion capture by actor Josh Brolin. His MCU debut was a brief appearance in the post-credits scene of *The Avengers* (2012), but he took center stage as the main villain in *Avengers: Infinity War* (2018) and *Avengers: Endgame* (2019).
