The Reverse Thunderer is an alternate version of Shazam (originally Captain Marvel) from DC Comics. He debuted in Kingdom Come #2 (1996) as part of the Elseworlds storyline.
In the Kingdom Come universe, Billy Batson has been mind-controlled by Lex Luthor for decades, retaining the power of Shazam but lacking his original heroic moral compass. As a result, he is often called "The Reverse Thunderer" or "Reverse Captain Marvel" within the storyline, reflecting his twisted and destructive behavior compared to the classic Shazam.
This corrupted Shazam is a powerful force within Lex Luthor's militia, used to maintain a twisted form of order in a world overrun by powerful, unchecked metahumans.
