Biography:
Norrin Radd, better known as the Silver Surfer, made his first appearance in Marvel Comics' Fantastic Four #48 (March 1966). He originates from the planet Zenn-La, where he lived a life of peace and advanced technology.
To save his homeworld from the planet-devouring Galactus, Norrin Radd offered himself as Galactus' herald, a cosmic being tasked with finding planets for Galactus to consume.
Granted immense cosmic power and transformed into the Silver Surfer, he traversed the universe, but eventually turned against Galactus, siding with Earth. This act of defiance led to him being imprisoned on Earth by Galactus.
The Silver Surfer possesses vast cosmic powers, including super strength, speed, energy manipulation, and the ability to travel through space and time. He is often depicted as a noble and selfless being, grappling with the morality of his past service to Galactus.
