Waylon Jones, better known as Killer Croc, is a DC Comics villain primarily associated with Batman. He was created by Gerry Conway and Gene Colan.

Croc suffers from a rare genetic condition that causes him to develop reptilian features, including hardened, scale-like skin. This condition steadily worsens, transforming him further into a crocodile-like humanoid.

Killer Croc's first appearance was in Detective Comics #523 (February 1983). Originally a minor criminal, his strength and reptilian attributes grew, leading him to become a powerful and dangerous threat within Gotham City's underworld.

Driven by primal instincts and animalistic rage, Croc often seeks to dominate the criminal landscape and prove his superiority. He possesses superhuman strength, enhanced durability, and a regenerative healing factor, making him a formidable adversary.
