Iron Fist, also known as Danny Rand, is a character from Marvel Comics. He first appeared in Marvel Premiere #15 (May 1974).

Raised in the mystical city of K'un-Lun, Danny Rand trained to become a martial arts master and earned the power of the Iron Fist by defeating the dragon Shou-Lao the Undying. This grants him the ability to focus his chi, imbuing his fist with incredible power.

In *Ultimate Spider-Man* Iron Fist is portrayed as a young hero and a friend to Spider-Man. He's also featured in video games such as *Lego Marvel Superheroes* and *Lego's Marvel Avengers*, where his martial arts skills and Iron Fist ability are key to gameplay.
