Biography:

Norman Osborn, also known as the Green Goblin, is a major antagonist featured in Sony's Marvel Universe Spider-Man films. Played by Willem Dafoe, he is a brilliant but unstable scientist and the CEO of Oscorp.

Osborn develops a performance-enhancing serum that enhances his strength and intellect but also drives him insane. This serum, combined with Oscorp military technology, transforms him into the Green Goblin, a cackling villain terrorizing New York City.

The Green Goblin's first appearance in film is in the 2002 film, Spider-Man. He is a key antagonist, battling Spider-Man (Tobey Maguire) throughout the film. The character later reappears in Spider-Man: No Way Home, further solidifying his role within the broader cinematic narrative.
