Biography:

Thor, as portrayed in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Infinity War, is a central figure in the conflict against Thanos. He first appeared in the MCU in the 2011 film Thor.

He is the Asgardian God of Thunder, son of Odin, and former King of Asgard. Throughout the MCU timeline, Thor evolves from a somewhat arrogant prince to a seasoned warrior and leader.

In Infinity War, following the destruction of Asgard and the death of his brother Loki, Thor embarks on a desperate quest to acquire a weapon capable of defeating Thanos. This leads him to Nidavellir, where he forges Stormbreaker, a powerful axe.

Driven by a thirst for revenge, Thor ultimately confronts Thanos in Wakanda. Though he manages to strike Thanos with Stormbreaker, he fails to prevent the villain from snapping his fingers and wiping out half of all life in the universe.
