His investigation led him to uncover a bio-chip implanted in the brains of clone troopers, pre-programmed to compel obedience to Order 66. Despite his efforts to warn the Republic, he was framed as a traitor and ultimately killed, but his investigation proved vital to warning key individuals of the coming treachery. He gave his life to protect the Republic.
