CT-7567, more commonly known as Captain Rex, is a Clone Trooper officer who served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He is best known for his service within the 501st Legion, leading Torrent Company under the command of Jedi General Anakin Skywalker.
Rex, identifiable by the blue markings on his white Phase II clone trooper armor, distinguished himself through his bravery, tactical acumen, and unwavering loyalty. Unlike some clone troopers, Rex developed a strong sense of individuality and questioned orders when he felt they conflicted with his moral compass.
Captain Rex's first appearance in Phase II armor is in the animated series *Star Wars: The Clone Wars*.
After the Clone Wars, Rex, along with fellow clones Commander Wolffe and Gregor, removed their inhibitor chips which would force them to kill the Jedi. He later joins the rebel alliance as seen in the TV show, *Star Wars: Rebels*.
