Roy Harper, portrayed by Colton Haynes, is a prominent character within The CW's "Arrowverse," specifically on the TV Show Arrow. He first appeared in the Arrow episode "Dodger" (Season 1, Episode 12) as a street-smart thief operating in Starling City.
Initially, Roy has a troubled past and a rebellious nature, and he becomes associated with Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) after Queen saves Roy's life. Over time, Roy becomes Oliver's protégé and is trained to fight crime. He adopts the vigilante identity of Arsenal.
