Arsenal, also known as Roy Harper, is a fictional character in The CW's Arrowverse. He first appeared in the TV show Arrow, specifically in the episode "Lone Gunmen" (Season 1, Episode 16).

Portrayed by actor Colton Haynes, Roy Harper begins as a street criminal in Starling City. He is eventually taken under the wing of Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) and trained to become a vigilante.

Roy adopts the name Arsenal after initially operating as Green Arrow's sidekick. His journey involves overcoming personal struggles, including his involvement with the criminal organization the League of Assassins and attempts to break free from them to protect those that he loves and to fight for good.
