Arsenal, also known as Roy Harper, is a fictional character in The CW's "Arrowverse" television series. He first appeared in the TV show *Arrow*.

Roy is initially a street criminal in Starling City, encountered by Oliver Queen. He becomes inspired by the Arrow and eventually learns Oliver's identity.

Oliver takes Roy under his wing, training him to become a vigilante. Roy initially uses the alias Arsenal and becomes a valuable member of Team Arrow, fighting alongside Oliver (Green Arrow) and others to protect the city.

Due to specific events, Roy leaves the team but continues to reappear throughout the series, demonstrating his continued growth and evolution as a hero.
