Baby Groot is a fictional character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, known for his appearances in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise.

He is a younger, sapling version of the original Groot, reborn after the events of the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie. Baby Groot made his first appearance at the end of the 2014 movie, planting himself to begin anew.
