Dr. Pamela Lillian Isley, better known as Poison Ivy, is a prominent villain from DC Comics, known for her botanical expertise and deadly toxins. Her first appearance was in Batman #181 (June 1966).

In the LEGO Batman Movie, specifically the LEGO set based on it, Poison Ivy maintains her role as an eco-terrorist and member of Batman's rogues gallery. The set included Poison Ivy as a minifigure with plant-based weapons.

She often attempts to use her abilities to manipulate others and control Gotham City in the name of protecting plant life, viewing humanity as a threat to the natural world.
