Poison Ivy, voiced by Riki Lindhome, appears in The Lego Batman Movie. She's portrayed as a prominent villain residing in Gotham City, possessing the ability to control plant life. Ivy is a member of the group of rogues led by The Joker.

Ivy uses her powers to ensnare and attack Batman, as well as other citizens, with her rapidly growing and dangerous plants. She joins in Joker's plot to release super villains into the city to cause mayhem, and is only eventually stopped by Batman.

This version of Poison Ivy maintains the core characteristics of the original comic book character, created by Robert Kanigher and Sheldon Moldoff. She first appeared in Batman #181 in 1966.
