Biography:

The Zombie Pigman, now known as the Zombified Piglin, is a mob in the sandbox video game Minecraft. A neutral undead character, it appears as a zombified version of the Pig, reflecting the harsh conditions of the Nether dimension.

The original Zombie Pigman design first appeared in Beta 1.9 Prerelease 2 of Minecraft. These creatures are often found wandering in groups throughout the Nether.

While generally passive, Zombified Piglins become hostile if attacked. Attacking one will provoke all nearby Zombified Piglins, leading to a dangerous encounter. They wield golden swords and can inflict considerable damage.

In later updates, the Zombie Pigman was replaced by the Zombified Piglin, a variant of the Piglin. Piglins are another pig-like species residing in the Nether.
