White Vision is an android character appearing in Marvel Comics and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He is a rebuilt and reprogrammed version of the original Vision, created by S.W.O.R.D. (Sentient World Observation and Response Department) from the disassembled remains of the original Vision after his death at the hands of Thanos.
Unlike the original Vision, White Vision is initially devoid of memories and emotions. He is programmed to be a weapon, focused solely on eliminating threats. His appearance is stark white, lacking the vibrant colors of the original Vision.
In the MCU Disney+ series WandaVision, White Vision is activated and tasked with destroying Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch). However, through an encounter with the "Hex Vision" (a construct of Wanda's magic), White Vision's memories are restored, albeit fragmented. This triggers an existential crisis, and he flies off to contemplate his identity and purpose.
White Vision's current whereabouts and future actions in the MCU remain unknown, but his restored memories suggest he may eventually seek to reclaim his place as a hero, albeit with a potentially different perspective than the original Vision.
