Vision is a synthezoid, an artificial being, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He first appeared in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015).
Created by Ultron as a perfect body for himself, Vision was instead brought to life by the combined efforts of Thor, Tony Stark, and Bruce Banner, using the Mind Stone. This gave Vision sentience and immense power.
Vision possessed a vibranium body, the ability to alter his density, fly, and project energy beams from the Mind Stone in his forehead. He joined the Avengers and fought alongside them against various threats, including Ultron himself.
In Avengers: Infinity War, Vision was targeted by Thanos, who sought the Mind Stone. Despite the Avengers' efforts to protect him, Vision was ultimately killed by Thanos, who ripped the Mind Stone from his head.
