Kamen Rider Faiz Axel Form is an upgraded form of Kamen Rider Faiz, a prominent character in the Japanese tokusatsu drama series Kamen Rider 555. He is primarily portrayed by Takumi Inui, an amnesiac young man who reluctantly becomes the Rider.
