Biography:

Peter Quill, known as Star-Lord, is a key character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He first appeared in live-action in the film Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), portrayed by actor Chris Pratt.

Star-Lord is depicted as a half-human, half-Celestial hybrid who was abducted from Earth as a child following his mother's death. Raised by the Ravagers, a group of intergalactic thieves and smugglers led by Yondu Udonta, Quill develops a roguish charm and a love for music from his Earthly past.

In the MCU, Star-Lord leads the Guardians of the Galaxy, a team of misfits who become unlikely heroes. He is often seen wielding his Element Guns and relying on his wit and improvisational skills in combat. He plays a significant role in major MCU events, including battles against Thanos.
