Warren Kenneth Worthington III, better known as Angel, is a founding member of the X-Men. Born with large, feathered wings, Warren discovered his mutant abilities in adolescence and initially concealed them.
He was recruited by Professor Charles Xavier and became Angel, a key member of the original X-Men team. His power of flight and natural grace made him a valuable asset in their battles for mutant rights.
Throughout his history, Angel has undergone significant transformations. He briefly lost his wings, leading to a deal with Apocalypse. This resulted in the transformation into Archangel, a being with metallic wings and a darker, more aggressive personality.
