Biography:
Darth Nihilus, a Sith Lord, first appeared in the 2004 video game *Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords*.
Before becoming Darth Nihilus, he was a soldier during the Mandalorian Wars. He survived the activation of the Mass Shadow Generator on Malachor V, an event that annihilated much of the surrounding area and instilled in him an insatiable hunger for Force energy.
This hunger drove him to become a wound in the Force, a being who drained the life force from planets. Darth Nihilus was a master of Force Drain, a powerful ability that allowed him to consume the Force energy of living beings. He wore a mask and robes to conceal his decaying form and to maintain his connection to the Force.
Ultimately, he was defeated at the Battle of Telos IV by Meetra Surik, the Jedi Exile, along with her companions.
