Biography:

Luke Skywalker, a central figure in the Star Wars saga, first appeared in the 1977 film Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. He is a farm boy on the desert planet Tatooine who dreams of adventure.

Orphaned at birth, Luke is raised by his aunt and uncle, Beru and Owen Lars. His life is forever changed when he stumbles upon R2-D2, an astromech droid carrying a message from Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan to Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Driven by a desire to help and learn about his own past, Luke joins Obi-Wan on a quest to deliver the message to the Rebel Alliance. He discovers he is strong in the Force and begins his training as a Jedi, ultimately playing a crucial role in destroying the Death Star and challenging the Galactic Empire.
