Phantom Freddy is a hallucination encountered in the horror game Five Nights at Freddy's 3 (FNAF). He is a burnt and decayed version of Freddy Fazbear.

Appearing as a ghostly, translucent figure, Phantom Freddy limps across the office window. He lacks his left ear and has visible wires protruding from his body. His presence triggers a system malfunction, hindering the player's ability to defend against other animatronic threats.

Unlike the other phantom animatronics, Phantom Freddy does not directly jumpscare the player. Instead, his appearance serves as a distraction and a mechanical impediment, increasing the overall tension and difficulty of the game.
