Hunter Zolomon, portrayed by Teddy Sears and voiced by Tony Todd, is the main antagonist in the second season of The CW's *The Flash*, part of the Arrowverse franchise. He is a speedster from Earth-2 who goes by the alias Zoom.
On Earth-2, Zolomon was a convicted serial killer who gained super speed after being subjected to a malfunctioning particle accelerator, an event mirroring the one that created the Flash on Earth-1. Instead of using his powers for good, Zolomon embraces his darker instincts and adopts the persona of Zoom, terrorizing his world under the pretense of being its hero. He engineered crises that only he could solve, solidifying his power. He also used the persona of Jay Garrick to manipulate Team Flash.
Zoom's ultimate goal is to become the only speedster in the multiverse by stealing Barry Allen's speed. He's a ruthless and calculating villain, driven by a need to control and dominate.
