Jango Fett is a renowned Mandalorian bounty hunter in the Star Wars galaxy, known for his skill, ruthlessness, and distinctive Mandalorian armor.
He first appeared in the film Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. Fett was selected as the genetic template for the Republic's clone army, accepting the role in exchange for a substantial payment and one unaltered clone for himself, Boba Fett, whom he raised as his son.
Jango Fett was considered one of the most capable bounty hunters in the galaxy, his reputation earning him numerous lucrative contracts. He was eventually killed during the Battle of Geonosis by Mace Windu.
