Biography:

Obi-Wan Kenobi, as portrayed in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977), is a pivotal character in the Original Trilogy. He is an aged Jedi Master living in exile on the desert planet Tatooine under the alias Ben Kenobi.

He first appears in A New Hope where he rescues Luke Skywalker from Tusken Raiders and begins training him in the ways of the Force.
