Darth Krayt, born A'Sharad Hett, was a powerful Dark Lord of the Sith in the Star Wars Legends continuity, primarily appearing in the Star Wars: Legacy comic book series published by Dark Horse Comics.
Hett was originally a Jedi Knight during the Clone Wars, even fighting alongside Anakin Skywalker. He survived Order and went into exile, embracing the Tusken Raider culture on Tatooine.
His experiences and disillusionment with the Jedi Order led him down a dark path. He was captured by the Yuuzhan Vong, where he endured torture and further embraced the dark side, ultimately becoming Darth Krayt and founding the One Sith Order.
Darth Krayt's reign was marked by galactic conquest and a brutal interpretation of the Sith code. He sought to reshape the galaxy in his image, but ultimately fell to Cade Skywalker, a descendant of Luke Skywalker.
