Victor Fries, also known as Mr. Freeze, appears in Telltale's Batman: The Telltale Series Game. He is a former Wayne Enterprises scientist.

In this iteration, Fries collaborated with Bruce Wayne's parents, Thomas and Martha, on Project: LOTUS, aiming to cure disease. However, the project was deemed unethical, and the Waynes shut it down. Blaming the Waynes for ruining his research, Fries sought revenge.

Exposure to cryogenic chemicals during an experiment to save his terminally ill wife, Nora, altered Fries, forcing him to wear a cryogenic suit to survive. His first appearance as Mr. Freeze in this game is in Batman: The Enemy Within.

This version of Mr. Freeze is portrayed as both a sympathetic and dangerous figure, driven by desperation and a desire to cure his wife, making him a complex antagonist for Batman.
