Biography:

Peter Quill, also known as Star-Lord, is a fictional character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The character is best known as the leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

He is portrayed by Chris Pratt in the MCU movies. Star-Lord is depicted as an orphaned human who was abducted from Earth as a child and raised by a group of space pirates called the Ravagers.

Star-Lord first appeared in *Guardians of the Galaxy* (2014), where he forms the Guardians of the Galaxy team with Gamora, Drax, Rocket Raccoon, and Groot.

He is known for his roguish personality, love of 80s music, and his dual pistols.
