Evil Gwenpool is an alternate version of Gwen Poole from a possible future timeline. She first appeared in Gwenpool Holiday Special #1 (2016).
In her reality, Gwen Poole failed to protect others by treating her life as inconsequential due to her meta-awareness of being in a comic book. This led to the deaths of many she cared about. Haunted by this failure, she traveled back in time to manipulate events and turn her younger self into a better hero.
Evil Gwenpool is characterized by her ruthless pragmatism and willingness to kill or manipulate others to achieve her goals. She possesses the same reality-bending abilities as the original Gwenpool, but uses them with a darker purpose.
