Biography:

General Grievous is a prominent villain in the Star Wars saga, making his first appearance in the animated series *Star Wars: Clone Wars* (2003). He served as a Supreme Commander of the Droid Armies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars.

Originally a Kaleesh warrior named Qymaen jai Sheelal, he was severely injured in an accident orchestrated by the Separatists. His organic body was largely replaced with cybernetics, turning him into a fearsome cyborg.

Grievous was trained in lightsaber combat by Count Dooku, making him a deadly opponent for the Jedi. He became infamous for collecting lightsabers from fallen Jedi, using them as trophies and weapons. He was eventually defeated and killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi on Utapau.
