Biography:

General Grievous is a prominent antagonist in the Star Wars saga, first appearing in the 2003 animated micro-series, *Star Wars: Clone Wars*. He is a Kaleesh cyborg and Supreme Commander of the Droid Armies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars.

Originally a skilled warrior named Qymaen jai Sheelal, he suffered grievous injuries during a shuttle crash orchestrated by the Separatists. These injuries necessitated extensive cybernetic augmentation, transforming him into the fearsome General Grievous.

Grievous is known for his distinctive raspy voice, menacing presence, and his mastery of multiple lightsabers, which he often wields simultaneously. He poses a significant threat to the Jedi Order throughout the Clone Wars, personally killing several Jedi Knights.
