Biography:

Obi-Wan Kenobi, a pivotal character in the Star Wars saga, first appears in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. He is portrayed as a wise and powerful Jedi Master.

Born on the planet Stewjon, Obi-Wan was taken into the Jedi Order as an infant and trained by Master Yoda. He later became the Padawan learner of Qui-Gon Jinn.

Following Qui-Gon's death at the hands of Darth Maul, Obi-Wan took Anakin Skywalker as his own Padawan. He trained Anakin in the ways of the Force, leading him to become a powerful Jedi Knight. However, Anakin eventually succumbed to the dark side and became Darth Vader, causing Obi-Wan great personal anguish. He then went into hiding on Tatooine to watch over a young Luke Skywalker.

Years later, Obi-Wan emerged from hiding to guide Luke on his own path to becoming a Jedi, ultimately sacrificing himself in a duel with Darth Vader to allow Luke and his allies to escape. Even in death, he continued to guide Luke, becoming one with the Force.

Obi-Wan Kenobi is remembered as a symbol of hope, wisdom, and dedication to the Jedi Order. He is a complex and tragic hero who played a crucial role in the fight against the dark side.
