Biography:

The Human Torch, a key member of the Fantastic Four, is Johnny Storm, the younger brother of Susan Storm (Invisible Woman). His powers manifest after exposure to cosmic rays during an unauthorized space mission. This event transformed him, granting him the ability to engulf his body in flames, fly, and project fire.

The Human Torch first appeared in Fantastic Four #1 (November 1961), alongside Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, and the Thing. He is sometimes referred to by the derogatory nickname "Match Stick".

Johnny's impetuous and thrill-seeking nature often provides comic relief to the team. Despite his youthful arrogance, he is a brave and loyal hero, willing to risk his life for his teammates and the greater good. His signature catchphrase is "Flame on!", announcing his full power activation.
