Biography:
Cloak, also known as Tyrone Johnson, is a Marvel Comics character first appearing in Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man #64 (March 1982).
Tyrone, along with Tandy Bowen (Dagger), were runaways in New York City. They were kidnapped and subjected to experimental drugs by a criminal chemist. These drugs awakened latent mutant abilities within them.
Tyrone gained the power to engulf others in darkness, creating a portal to a dimension of pure nothingness. This dark dimension exists within his cloak, and he needs Dagger's light powers to satiate the hunger he feels when using his powers. He is a powerful but tortured individual, constantly battling the darkness within.
