Biography:
Adam Warlock, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is an artificial being created by the Sovereign, a genetically engineered race obsessed with maintaining their purity. They designed him to be the perfect weapon, but he was born imperfect, possessing a will of his own.
He emerges from his regenerative cocoon sometime after the events of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, initially seeking vengeance on the Guardians for Rocket's theft of Sovereign technology. His powers are immense, including superhuman strength, speed, durability, and energy manipulation, mirroring his comic book counterpart's cosmic abilities.
While initially portrayed as an antagonist, Adam Warlock evolves throughout Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. He begins to grapple with his purpose and morality, ultimately siding with the Guardians to defeat the High Evolutionary. By the film's end, he's shown to be a powerful but inexperienced hero, under the tutelage of Kraglin Obfonteri as he joins the new Guardians team.
