Biography:
Known to many simply as "Baby Yoda," the character's official designation is Grogu. He is a Force-sensitive infant of the same species as Jedi Master Yoda, although his homeworld and true name remain largely unknown.
Grogu spent his early life at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, receiving training before the rise of the Galactic Empire. He was rescued from the Jedi Purge and spent decades hidden, his Force abilities suppressed for his own safety.
In the years following the Empire's fall, Grogu was pursued by Imperial remnants seeking to exploit his unique Force abilities. He formed a deep bond with the Mandalorian bounty hunter, Din Djarin, who became his protector and adoptive father.
Din Djarin ultimately sought to return Grogu to the Jedi Order, leading them on a search for Force-sensitives. Eventually, Grogu was apprenticed to Luke Skywalker, resuming his Jedi training before ultimately choosing to return to Din Djarin's side.
