Biography:

Billy is a puppet featured prominently in the *Saw* horror franchise, making his debut in the 2004 film, *Saw*.

Created by John Kramer (the Jigsaw Killer) and built with the help of his ex-wife Jill Tuck, Billy serves as a messenger. He appears on a television screen or in person to deliver taped messages outlining the rules of Jigsaw's deadly games to his victims.

Billy is easily recognizable by his pale face, red lips, spiral cheeks, and black suit. He is often seen riding a tricycle.

While not directly responsible for the traps, Billy's presence is a terrifying harbinger of the gruesome trials that await Jigsaw's victims.
