Billy is a recurring character, appearing primarily in the Saw horror film franchise. He first appeared in 2004's Saw.

Billy is not a living being, but rather a puppet often used by the Jigsaw Killer (John Kramer) to communicate with his victims. He is a ventriloquist dummy with stark white skin, red eyes, and spiral designs on his cheeks.

Billy often appears on a television screen or is wheeled into a room on a tricycle. He delivers pre-recorded messages explaining the rules of the "games" the victims are forced to play. His presence signifies the beginning of a deadly and twisted test of survival orchestrated by Jigsaw.

Though a puppet, Billy has become a recognizable and iconic symbol of the Saw franchise and of the horror genre in general. His unsettling appearance and association with Jigsaw's deadly games have solidified his place in popular culture.
