Billy is a puppet featured in the Saw horror franchise, first appearing in Saw (2004). He serves as a messenger for the Jigsaw Killer, John Kramer.
Billy is a ventriloquist doll-like figure with white skin, a painted red smile, and bright red eyes. He typically wears a black tuxedo and white gloves, and rides a red tricycle.
