Ronin is an alias adopted by Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye, within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Following the events of *Avengers: Infinity War* (2018) where his family was a victim of Thanos' snap, Clint abandoned his Hawkeye identity and became Ronin, a vigilante dispensing lethal justice to criminal organizations.
His first appearance as Ronin was in the movie *Avengers: Endgame* (2019), where he operated in secret, driven by grief and a thirst for retribution.
