Barbara Minerva, also known as Cheetah, is a character in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU). She first appeared in the film Wonder Woman 1984.

Dr. Barbara Minerva is a gemologist and archaeozoologist. She initially becomes friends with Diana Prince and initially admires Diana's strength and poise.

Minerva later transforms into Cheetah after using the Dreamstone. Her appearance changes, and she gains enhanced speed, strength, and agility, becoming a formidable adversary to Wonder Woman.

This version of Cheetah (DC) is portrayed as seeking power and recognition, leading her down a destructive path and ultimately into conflict with Wonder Woman.
