Osiris, also known as Amon Tomaz, is a tragic figure in the DC Comics universe. He first appeared as Osiris in *52* #30 (2006).

Amon was the brother of Adrianna Tomaz (Isis). He possessed great strength and other abilities tied to Egyptian mythology. He became a hero, mentored by Black Adam, as part of the Marvel Family.

During the "Blackest Night" storyline, Amon Tomaz was resurrected as a member of the Black Lantern Corps. As Black Lantern Osiris, he was a powerful and dangerous entity, fueled by death and capable of inflicting immense emotional damage. His connection to Isis and Black Adam made him a particularly devastating weapon during the event.
