Biography:

Brock Rumlow, portrayed by Frank Grillo in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), is known as Crossbones.

Rumlow is first introduced in *Captain America: The Winter Soldier* as a S.H.I.E.L.D. operative and leader of S.T.R.I.K.E., a counter-terrorism unit. He is secretly a HYDRA sleeper agent, loyal to Alexander Pierce.

Following the collapse of S.H.I.E.L.D., Rumlow becomes Crossbones. He reappears in *Captain America: Civil War*, seeking revenge against Captain America. He attempts to steal a bio-weapon in Lagos.

During the Lagos mission, Crossbones is ultimately defeated and seemingly killed by Scarlet Witch. His actions contribute to the Sokovia Accords.
