Mister Negative is a complex character from Marvel Comics, first appearing in *The Amazing Spider-Man* #546 (2008). His real name is Martin Li.
Li was a member of the Snakeheads gang, smuggled into the United States on the Golden Mountain ship with the alias "Mr. Negative". The KF6072 drug experiment transformed him, splitting him into two personas. Martin Li is a generous philanthropist, while Mister Negative is a powerful crime lord.
