Jay is a central character in the LEGO Ninjago theme. Specifically, NRG Jay refers to Jay Walker after he unlocks his full potential in "Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu," gaining the ability to harness his elemental power of Lightning to its maximum extent.

Jay, whose original elemental power is lightning, is known for his quick wit, inventive mind, and tendency for humor. He is one of the original four ninja trained by Master Wu.
