Jay Walker, often referred to as Jay, is one of the six core Ninja in LEGO Ninjago. He is the Elemental Master of Lightning and a skilled inventor, often creating gadgets to aid the team. His signature color is blue.

Initially raised by his adoptive parents, Ed and Edna Walker, who own a junkyard, Jay developed his resourcefulness and mechanical aptitude from a young age. He was recruited by Master Wu to join the team of Ninja and learn Spinjitzu.

Jay's personality is characterized by his quick wit, humor, and sometimes clumsy nature. He provides comedic relief to the group but is also fiercely loyal and brave. He is romantically involved with Nya, the Elemental Master of Water.
