Mark Mardon, better known as Weather Wizard, is a fictional character appearing in DC Comics, primarily as an adversary of The Flash. Mardon possesses a weather-manipulating wand, allowing him to control various atmospheric conditions, such as creating lightning storms, generating snow, and summoning tornadoes.
He first appeared in The Flash #110 in December of 1959. In this early form of the character his ability to manipulate the weather was connected to a device rather than innate mutant ability. Mark's brother, Clyde Mardon, was a scientist. He discovered a way to control the weather, but upon his death, Mark stole the technology.
Weather Wizard is a frequent member of the Rogues, a team of Flash's adversaries who often coordinate their criminal activities.
